Thank you for booking on to the Keveral Farm Permaculture Design Course.
We look forward to seeing you on Friday July 15th

Go here for maps of Keveral's location.

Travelling by Public Transport
If traveling by train, buy your ticket to LOOE (it should not be any more expensive than Liskeard), as we may be able to pick you up from Looe.
If we are not able to pick you up, or if you are traveling by coach, go to LISKEARD, and then get local bus 71 from Liskeard to our nearest village, SEATON, (last bus 17.00).
It is then a 15 minute walk to Keveral Farm.
If you have difficult-to-carry luggage, or you arrive in Liskeard too late for the last bus to Seaton, or you fancy a nice train ride to Looe rather than the local bus, then continue to Looe, where we can pick you up (£5 charge).
IF YOU WANT A LIFT FROM LOOE, please let us know your arrival time by the day before at least, by email or text (see contact info below).
Call or text 2 hours before your arrival to let us know you are on time, or if you have been delayed.

More info here:

Walking up from Seaton (if you have traveled by bus, or are cycling from the east)

Driving to Keveral

The lane is in poor condition, but this is not a problem if you drive slowly. The first house you come to is our neighbour's house on the right (do not park here!). 50m beyond this is our farmhouse on your left, and parking on your right.

Reception in the Visitors Barn
On arrival, please go to the Visitors Barn, which is the stone barn facing the farmhouse, with green-painted wooden doors. (Photo coming soon)
There will be refreshments available, and we will show you where things are and where to pitch your tent.

The First Day
Arrive and pitch tents: anytime in the afternoon
Registration: from 16.00
Dinner: 18.30
Introductory Session: 20.00

What to Bring
Camping equipment: tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat
Waterproof coat and trousers
Strong shoes or boots
Torch
Beach gear
Sun hat and sunscreen
Writing materials (coloured pens/pencils can be useful), notebook / writing pad
A4 folder (for holding handouts etc)

Keveral Farm is 2 miles from the nearest small shop, 4 miles from the nearest small town (Looe), and 9 miles from the nearest supermarket (Liskeard).
There will be the opportunity to buy things, but it is best to bring everything with you that you will need for the two weeks.

If you have any other questions, please ask.
